﴿هُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗۖ لَّكُم مِّنۡهُ شَرَابٞ وَمِنۡهُ شَجَرٞ فِيهِ تُسِيمُونَ ﴾
[النَّحل: 10]
﴿هو الذي أنـزل من السماء ماء لكم منه شراب ومنه شجر فيه﴾ [النَّحل: 10]
| Dr Kamal Omar He it is Who sent down (rain-) water from towards the sky; for you, therefrom is (the most vital and indispensable) drink and from it (grows the) vegetation (of every kind like grass, plants, trees and shrubs) in which you send your cattle to pasture |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar It is He Who caused water to descend from heaven for you to drink from it and from it, trees wherein you pasture your herds |
| Dr Munir Munshey He is the One Who sends rain down from the sky. That water you drink, and it grows trees from which you secure forage |
