﴿وَإِذۡ أَخَذۡنَا مِنَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ مِيثَٰقَهُمۡ وَمِنكَ وَمِن نُّوحٖ وَإِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَى ٱبۡنِ مَرۡيَمَۖ وَأَخَذۡنَا مِنۡهُم مِّيثَٰقًا غَلِيظٗا ﴾
[الأحزَاب: 7]
﴿وإذ أخذنا من النبيين ميثاقهم ومنك ومن نوح وإبراهيم وموسى وعيسى ابن﴾ [الأحزَاب: 7]
| Dr Kamal Omar And (remember) when We took from An-Nabiyyin (The Prophets) their covenant, and from you, and from Nuh, and Ibrahim, and Musa and, Iesa,son of Maryam. And We obtained from them a binding covenant |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Mention when We took a solemn promise from the Prophets and from thee and from Noah and Abraham and Moses and Jesus son of Mary. We took an earnest solemn promise from them |
| Dr Munir Munshey (Remember)! We have secured covenants from all messengers, including you, Nooh, Ibraheem, Musa and Jesus, the son of Mary. We have obtained from them a solid and solemn pact |
