﴿أَفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَم بِهِۦ جِنَّةُۢۗ بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ فِي ٱلۡعَذَابِ وَٱلضَّلَٰلِ ٱلۡبَعِيدِ ﴾
[سَبإ: 8]
﴿أفترى على الله كذبا أم به جنة بل الذين لا يؤمنون بالآخرة﴾ [سَبإ: 8]
| Dr Kamal Omar (Either) he has forged a lie against Allah or there is fanaticism in him.” Nay, those who do not have faith in the Hereafter (shall be made to enter) into the torment and (they are) in ignorance of a far and remote nature |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Devised he a lie against God or is there a madness in him? Nay! Those who believe not in the world to come there is a punishment and a going far astray |
| Dr Munir Munshey He either lies about Allah or suffers from psychosis." Indeed not! Rather, those who deny the afterlife are (themselves) in a torment. They have strayed far away |
| Edward Henry Palmer he has forged against God a lie, or there is a ginn in him;' - nay, those who believe not in the hereafter are in the torment and in the remote error |
| Farook Malik Has he forged a lie against Allah or is he mad?" Nay! In fact those who do not believe in the Hereafter are doomed, for they are in gross error |
