﴿إِنَّكَ مَيِّتٞ وَإِنَّهُم مَّيِّتُونَ ﴾
[الزُّمَر: 30]
﴿إنك ميت وإنهم ميتون﴾ [الزُّمَر: 30]
| Dr Kamal Omar Verily, you [O Prophet (the addressee is singular)] are about to die, and surely they (i.e., the other people, too) are about to die |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Truly, thou art mortal and, truly, they are mortal |
| Dr Munir Munshey (Oh prophet)! Of course you will die! And for sure, they will die too |
| Edward Henry Palmer Verily, thou shalt die, and, verily, they shall die |
| Farook Malik O Prophet, you shall die and they too shall die |
| George Sale Verily thou, O Mohammed, shalt die, and they also shall die |
