﴿وَلَوۡ أَنَّهُمۡ أَقَامُواْ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةَ وَٱلۡإِنجِيلَ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡهِم مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡ لَأَكَلُواْ مِن فَوۡقِهِمۡ وَمِن تَحۡتِ أَرۡجُلِهِمۚ مِّنۡهُمۡ أُمَّةٞ مُّقۡتَصِدَةٞۖ وَكَثِيرٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ سَآءَ مَا يَعۡمَلُونَ ﴾
[المَائدة: 66]
﴿ولو أنهم أقاموا التوراة والإنجيل وما أنـزل إليهم من ربهم لأكلوا من﴾ [المَائدة: 66]
| Dr Kamal Omar And had they established At-Taurat and Al-Injeel and what has been sent to them from their Nourisher-Sustainer they would have surely eaten (provisions coming to them without measure) from above them and from underneath their feet. There are from among them an Ummah stichead of state to the right course, but a vast majority of them: became evil what they act upon |

Among them is a community of ones who halt between two opinions. But many of them, how evil is what they do |
