﴿إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَٰتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِۦ صَفّٗا كَأَنَّهُم بُنۡيَٰنٞ مَّرۡصُوصٞ ﴾
[الصَّف: 4]
﴿إن الله يحب الذين يقاتلون في سبيله صفا كأنهم بنيان مرصوص﴾ [الصَّف: 4]
| Dr Kamal Omar Surely, Allah loves those who make Qital in His Cause (moving) in columns as if they are a structure cemented with (molten) lead |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Truly, God loves those who fight in His way, ranged in rows as if they were a well-compacted structure |
| Dr Munir Munshey Indeed, Allah loves those who fight in His path, organized and arrayed as if they were a single solid structure |
| Edward Henry Palmer Verily, God loves those who fight in His cause in ranks as though they were a compact building |
| Farook Malik Indeed Allah loves those who fight for His Cause in battle array as if they were a solid wall |
| George Sale Verily God loveth those who fight for his religion in battle array, as though they were a well compacted building |
| Maududi Allah indeed loves those who fight in His Way as though they are a solid wall cemented with molten lead |
