﴿فَأَنجَيۡنَٰهُ وَٱلَّذِينَ مَعَهُۥ بِرَحۡمَةٖ مِّنَّا وَقَطَعۡنَا دَابِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَاۖ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُؤۡمِنِينَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 72]
﴿فأنجيناه والذين معه برحمة منا وقطعنا دابر الذين كذبوا بآياتنا وما كانوا﴾ [الأعرَاف: 72]
| Dr Kamal Omar So We saved him and those with him in Mercy from Us and We cut off the root of those who belied Our Ayaat and they were not Believers |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Then, We rescued him and those with him by a mercy from Us. And We severed the last remnant of those who denied Our signs. And they had not been ones who believe |
| Dr Munir Munshey So, by Our Grace, We rescued him as well as all those with him, and We completely weeded out all those who denied Our revelations, and did not believe |
| Edward Henry Palmer But we rescued him and those with him, by mercy from ourselves, and we cut off the hindermost parts of those who said our signs were lies and who were not believers |
| Farook Malik We saved him and his companions by Our mercy and We cut off the roots of (annihilated) those who denied Our revelations and did not become believers |
| George Sale And We delivered him, and them who believed with him, by our mercy; and We cut off the uttermost part of those who charged our signs with falsehood, and were not believers |
| Maududi Then We delivered Hud and his companions by Our mercy, and We utterly cut off the last remnant of those who called the lie to Our signs and would not believe |
