Quran with British translation - Surah Yusuf ayat 63 - يُوسُف - Page - Juz 13
﴿فَلَمَّا رَجَعُوٓاْ إِلَىٰٓ أَبِيهِمۡ قَالُواْ يَٰٓأَبَانَا مُنِعَ مِنَّا ٱلۡكَيۡلُ فَأَرۡسِلۡ مَعَنَآ أَخَانَا نَكۡتَلۡ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ ﴾
[يُوسُف: 63]
﴿فلما رجعوا إلى أبيهم قالوا ياأبانا منع منا الكيل فأرسل معنا أخانا﴾ [يُوسُف: 63]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir So when they returned to their father, they said: O our father, the measure is withheld from us, therefore send with us our brother, (so that) we may get the measure, and we will most surely guard him |
| Mohammad Shafi So when they returned to their father, they said, "O our father, our ration would be denied to us. Therefore send our brother with us. We may then get our ration, and we will most certainly take care of him |
