﴿فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلرَّجۡفَةُ فَأَصۡبَحُواْ فِي دَارِهِمۡ جَٰثِمِينَ ﴾
[العَنكبُوت: 37]
﴿فكذبوه فأخذتهم الرجفة فأصبحوا في دارهم جاثمين﴾ [العَنكبُوت: 37]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir But they rejected him, so a severe earthquake overtook them, and they became motionless bodies in their abode |
| Mohammad Shafi And they disbelieved him! And then a violent convulsion shook them, and they lay buried in the debris of their homes |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall But they denied him, and the dreadful earthquake took them, and morning found them prostrate in their dwelling place |
