﴿وَإِلَىٰ مَدۡيَنَ أَخَاهُمۡ شُعَيۡبٗا فَقَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱرۡجُواْ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَ وَلَا تَعۡثَوۡاْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُفۡسِدِينَ ﴾
[العَنكبُوت: 36]
﴿وإلى مدين أخاهم شعيبا فقال ياقوم اعبدوا الله وارجوا اليوم الآخر ولا﴾ [العَنكبُوت: 36]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And to Madyan (We sent) their brother Shuaib, so he said: O my people! serve Allah and fear the latter day and do not act corruptly in the land, making mischief |
| Mohammad Shafi And to Midian (people) We sent their brother, Shu'aib. He said, "O my people! Worship Allah, prepare yourselves for the Last Day, and do no harm on the earth wickedly |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And unto Midian We sent Shu'eyb, their brother. He said: O my people! Serve Allah, and look forward to the Last Day, and do not evil, making mischief, in the earth |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani And (We sent) to Madyan their brother Shu‘aib. So he said, “O my people, worship Allah and fear the Last Day, and do not roam about in the land as mischief makers.” |
| Muhammad Asad AND UNTO [the people of] Madyan [We sent] their brother Shu’ayb who thereupon said: “O my people! Worship God [alone], and look forward to the Last Day, and do not act wickedly on earth by spreading corruption!” |
