Quran with British translation - Surah An-Nisa’ ayat 42 - النِّسَاء - Page - Juz 5
﴿يَوۡمَئِذٖ يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَعَصَوُاْ ٱلرَّسُولَ لَوۡ تُسَوَّىٰ بِهِمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَلَا يَكۡتُمُونَ ٱللَّهَ حَدِيثٗا ﴾
[النِّسَاء: 42]
﴿يومئذ يود الذين كفروا وعصوا الرسول لو تسوى بهم الأرض ولا يكتمون﴾ [النِّسَاء: 42]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir On that day will those who disbelieve and disobey the Apostle desire that the earth were levelled with them, and they shall not hide any word from Allah |
| Mohammad Shafi That Day, those, who suppress the Truth and disobey the Messenger, would wish that the earth were levelled with them. And they shall not hide any event from Allah |
