Quran with British translation - Surah Ghafir ayat 84 - غَافِر - Page - Juz 24
﴿فَلَمَّا رَأَوۡاْ بَأۡسَنَا قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَحۡدَهُۥ وَكَفَرۡنَا بِمَا كُنَّا بِهِۦ مُشۡرِكِينَ ﴾
[غَافِر: 84]
﴿فلما رأوا بأسنا قالوا آمنا بالله وحده وكفرنا بما كنا به مشركين﴾ [غَافِر: 84]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir But when they saw Our punishment, they said: We believe in Allah alone and we deny what we used to associate with Him |
| Mohammad Shafi Then, as they saw the severity of Our punishment, they said, "We believe in Allah, the One and Only, and reject all those whom we had worshipped besides Him |
