﴿وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡغَيۡثَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا قَنَطُواْ وَيَنشُرُ رَحۡمَتَهُۥۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡوَلِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ ﴾
[الشُّوري: 28]
﴿وهو الذي ينـزل الغيث من بعد ما قنطوا وينشر رحمته وهو الولي﴾ [الشُّوري: 28]
Mohammad Habib Shakir And He it is Who sends down the rain after they have despaired, and He unfolds His mercy; and He is the Guardian, the Praised One |
Mohammad Shafi And it is He who sends down heavy rain after people have despaired of it, and He spreads His Mercy thereby. He is the Wali, to whom all praise is due |
