Quran with British translation - Surah Ar-Rahman ayat 54 - الرَّحمٰن - Page - Juz 27
﴿مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ فُرُشِۭ بَطَآئِنُهَا مِنۡ إِسۡتَبۡرَقٖۚ وَجَنَى ٱلۡجَنَّتَيۡنِ دَانٖ ﴾
[الرَّحمٰن: 54]
﴿متكئين على فرش بطائنها من إستبرق وجنى الجنتين دان﴾ [الرَّحمٰن: 54]
Mohammad Habib Shakir Reclining on beds, the inner coverings of which are of silk brocade; and the fruits of the two gardens shall be within reach |
Mohammad Shafi [The blessed inhabitants of the gardens] recline upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruit of both those gardens is within easy reach |
Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Reclining upon couches lined with silk brocade, the fruit of both the gardens near to hand |
Mufti Taqi Usmani (The people of these gardens will be) reclining on floorings whose (even) linings will be of thick silk, and the fruits plucked from the two gardens will be at hand |
Muhammad Asad [In such a paradise the blest will dwell,] reclining upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruit of both these gardens will be within easy reach |
