Quran with British translation - Surah Al-An‘am ayat 69 - الأنعَام - Page - Juz 7
﴿وَمَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ مِنۡ حِسَابِهِم مِّن شَيۡءٖ وَلَٰكِن ذِكۡرَىٰ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 69]
﴿وما على الذين يتقون من حسابهم من شيء ولكن ذكرى لعلهم يتقون﴾ [الأنعَام: 69]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And nought of the reckoning of their (deeds) shall be against those who guard (against evil), but (theirs) is only to remind, haply they may guard |
| Mohammad Shafi And those who fear Allah shall not be responsible for anything in those wicked people's account, but their responsibility it is to remind the wicked people, so that the latter may also fear Allah |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Those who ward off (evil) are not accountable for them in aught, but the Reminder (must be given them) that haply they (too) may ward off (evil) |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani Those who fear Allah are not responsible for any (evil) act in the account of these (infidels), except for advising them, so that they may be careful |
