Quran with British translation - Surah Al-Munafiqun ayat 9 - المُنَافِقُونَ - Page - Juz 28
﴿يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُلۡهِكُمۡ أَمۡوَٰلُكُمۡ وَلَآ أَوۡلَٰدُكُمۡ عَن ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَمَن يَفۡعَلۡ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ ﴾
[المُنَافِقُونَ: 9]
﴿ياأيها الذين آمنوا لا تلهكم أموالكم ولا أولادكم عن ذكر الله ومن﴾ [المُنَافِقُونَ: 9]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir O you who believe! let not your wealth, or your children, divert you from the remembrance of Allah; and whoever does that, these are the losers |
| Mohammad Shafi O you who believe! Let not your wealth or your children distract you from remembrance of Allah. And if any do that — it is they, they who are the ones doomed |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall O ye who believe! Let not your wealth nor your children distract you from remembrance of Allah. Those who do so, they are the losers |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani O you who believe, your riches and your children must not divert you from the remembrance of Allah. And those who do that are the losers |
| Muhammad Asad O YOU who have attained to faith! Let not your worldly goods or your children make you oblivious of the remembrance of God: for If any behave thus - it is they, they who are the losers |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali O you who have believed, do not let your riches nor your children divert you from the Remembrance of Allah; and whoever performs (Literally: acts) that, then those are they (who) are the losers |
| Muhammad Sarwar Believers, do not let your wealth and children divert you from remembering God. Wwhoever is diverted will suffer a great loss |
