Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Munafiqun ayat 9 - المُنَافِقُونَ - Page - Juz 28
﴿يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُلۡهِكُمۡ أَمۡوَٰلُكُمۡ وَلَآ أَوۡلَٰدُكُمۡ عَن ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَمَن يَفۡعَلۡ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ ﴾
[المُنَافِقُونَ: 9]
﴿ياأيها الذين آمنوا لا تلهكم أموالكم ولا أولادكم عن ذكر الله ومن﴾ [المُنَافِقُونَ: 9]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al O you who believe, do not let your wealth or your children divert you from the remembrance of God. If any does so, the loss is their own |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad You who believe, your possessions and your children should not distract you from God's remembrance. And anyone who does that, then they are the losers |
| Ali Quli Qarai O you who have faith! Do not let your possessions and children distract you from the remembrance of Allah, and whoever does that—it is they who are the losers |
| Ali Unal O you who believe! Let not your wealth nor your children (distract and) divert you from the remembrance of God. Those who do so, they are the losers |
| Hamid S Aziz O you who believe! Let not your wealth, or your children, divert you from the remembrance of Allah; and whoever does that, these are the losers |
| John Medows Rodwell O ye who believe! let not your wealth and your children delude you into forgetfulness of God. Whoever shall act thus, shall surely suffer loss |
| Literal You, you those who believed, (let) not your properties/possessions/wealths and nor your children distract/preoccupy you from mentioning/remembering God, and who makes/does that, so those, they are the losers/misguided |
| Mir Anees Original O you who believe! do not let your wealth and your children divert you from the remembrance of Allah, and whoever does that, then those are the persons at loss |
| Mir Aneesuddin O you who believe! do not let your wealth and your children divert you from the remembrance of God, and whoever does that, then those are the persons at loss |
