﴿أَثُمَّ إِذَا مَا وَقَعَ ءَامَنتُم بِهِۦٓۚ ءَآلۡـَٰٔنَ وَقَدۡ كُنتُم بِهِۦ تَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَ ﴾
[يُونس: 51]
﴿أثم إذا ما وقع آمنتم به آلآن وقد كنتم به تستعجلون﴾ [يُونس: 51]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al “Would you then believe in it at last, when it actually comes to pass as you wanted to hasten it?” |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Would you believe in it when it occurs? Why (believe) now, while you wanted it to be rushed |
Ali Quli Qarai ‘What! Do you believe it when it has befallen? Now? While you would seek to hasten it [earlier]?!’ |
Ali Unal What! Is it only when it has come to pass that you will believe in it? (That day it will be said to you:) "What? (Do you believe in it) now, after you had (in your contemptuous unbelief) wished it to be hastened |
