﴿قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِنۡ أَتَىٰكُمۡ عَذَابُهُۥ بَيَٰتًا أَوۡ نَهَارٗا مَّاذَا يَسۡتَعۡجِلُ مِنۡهُ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ ﴾
[يُونس: 50]
﴿قل أرأيتم إن أتاكم عذابه بياتا أو نهارا ماذا يستعجل منه المجرمون﴾ [يُونس: 50]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Say, “Do you see that if His punishment should come to you by night or by day, what portion of it would those who are corrupt wish to hasten |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Say: what do you think, if His punishment comes to you by night or day, what part of it do the guilty ones want to be rushed |
| Ali Quli Qarai Say, ‘Tell me, should His punishment overtake you by night or day, [you will not be able to avert it]; so what part of it do the guilty seek to hasten?’ |
| Ali Unal Say: "Have you ever considered: what (could you do) if God’s punishment should come to you by night (unexpectedly) or by day (and you saw it come)? What do the disbelieving criminals have in prospect that they wish it to be hastened |
