Quran with English translation - Surah Hud ayat 89 - هُود - Page - Juz 12
﴿وَيَٰقَوۡمِ لَا يَجۡرِمَنَّكُمۡ شِقَاقِيٓ أَن يُصِيبَكُم مِّثۡلُ مَآ أَصَابَ قَوۡمَ نُوحٍ أَوۡ قَوۡمَ هُودٍ أَوۡ قَوۡمَ صَٰلِحٖۚ وَمَا قَوۡمُ لُوطٖ مِّنكُم بِبَعِيدٖ ﴾
[هُود: 89]
﴿وياقوم لا يجرمنكم شقاقي أن يصيبكم مثل ما أصاب قوم نوح أو﴾ [هُود: 89]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al “And O my people, do not let my dissent cause you to sin, lest you suffer a fate similar to that of the people of Noah, Hud, or Salih, nor are the people of Lot far off from you |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And my people, do not misbehave (and act unjustly) because of my opposition so that you suffer like what people of Noah or people of Hud or people of Salih suffered, and people of Lot are not far from you |
| Ali Quli Qarai O my people, do not let your defiance toward me lead you to be visited by the like of what was visited on the people of Noah, or the people of Hud, or the people of Salih, and the people of Lot are not distant from you |
| Ali Unal O my people! Let your dissent from me not cause you to sin so that there befall you the like of what befell the people of Noah, or the people of Hud, or the people of Salih. And the people of Lot (who were subjected to the same doom) did not live far from you |
| Hamid S Aziz O my people! Let not a breach with me cause you to so sin that there befall you the like of that which befell the people of Noah, or the people of Hud, or the people of Salih, nor are the people of Lot far off from you |
| John Medows Rodwell O my people! let not your opposition to me draw down upon you the like of that which befel the people of Noah, or the people of Houd, or the people of Saleh: and the abodes of the people of Lot are not far distant from you |
| Literal And you (my) nation (let) not my defiance/animosity (to you) make you commit a crime/sin that strikes you (with) similar (to) what stuck Noah`s nation, or Hood`s nation, or Saleh`s nation, and Lot`s nation is not with far/distant from you |
| Mir Anees Original And O my people ! do not let (your) opposition to me make you commit a crime so that there may befall you the like of that which befell the people of Nuh or the people of Hud or the people of Salih, and the people of Lut are not far off from you |
| Mir Aneesuddin And O my people ! do not let (your) opposition to me make you commit a crime so that there may befall you the like of that which befell the people of Noah or the people of Hud or the people of Salih, and the people of Lot are not far off from you |
