﴿وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ فِي شِيَعِ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ ﴾
[الحِجر: 10]
﴿ولقد أرسلنا من قبلك في شيع الأولين﴾ [الحِجر: 10]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al We sent messengers before you among the ancient religions |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And We have certainly sent (messengers) before you to the previous groups |
| Ali Quli Qarai Certainly We sent [apostles] before you to former communities |
| Ali Unal Certainly We sent Messengers before you among the communities of old |
| Hamid S Aziz We, verily, sent Messengers before you among the sects of men in past ages |
| John Medows Rodwell And already have We sent Apostles, before thee, among the sects of the ancients |
| Literal And We had descended from before you in the first`s/beginner`s groups/parties |
| Mir Anees Original And We had indeed sent (messengers) before you to the ancient sects |
