﴿وَكَانَ يَأۡمُرُ أَهۡلَهُۥ بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَٱلزَّكَوٰةِ وَكَانَ عِندَ رَبِّهِۦ مَرۡضِيّٗا ﴾
[مَريَم: 55]
﴿وكان يأمر أهله بالصلاة والزكاة وكان عند ربه مرضيا﴾ [مَريَم: 55]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al He would recommend to his people prayer and zakat, and he was most acceptable in the sight of his Lord |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And he used to order his family to the mandatory prayer and the mandatory charity, and he was pleasing in his Master's view |
| Ali Quli Qarai He used to bid his family to [maintain] the prayer and to [pay] the zakat, and was pleasing to his Lord |
| Ali Unal He used to enjoin on his people the Prayer and the Prescribed Purifying Alms, and he was one favored and pleasing in his Lord’s sight |
| Hamid S Aziz He used to enjoin on his people prayers and charity, and was most acceptable (sacrifice) in the sight of his Lord |
