Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Anbiya’ ayat 34 - الأنبيَاء - Page - Juz 17
﴿وَمَا جَعَلۡنَا لِبَشَرٖ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ ٱلۡخُلۡدَۖ أَفَإِيْن مِّتَّ فَهُمُ ٱلۡخَٰلِدُونَ ﴾
[الأنبيَاء: 34]
﴿وما جعلنا لبشر من قبلك الخلد أفإن مت فهم الخالدون﴾ [الأنبيَاء: 34]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al We did not grant to any person before you eternal life. If you must die, should they then live forever |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And We did not make any human being immortal before you, so if you die then would they be the immortals |
| Ali Quli Qarai We did not give immortality to any human before you. If you are fated to die, will they live on forever |
| Ali Unal We never granted everlasting life to any human being before you (O Messenger); so if you die, will they live forever |
| Hamid S Aziz We appointed immortality for no mortal before you. What! If you die, will they live on forever |
| John Medows Rodwell At no time have we granted to man a life that shall last for ever: if thou then die, shall they live for ever |
| Literal And We did not make/create to a human from before you the immortality , so if you died so they are the immortals |
| Mir Anees Original And We did not assign immortality to any man before you. Then if you die will they be immortal |
