﴿لَأُعَذِّبَنَّهُۥ عَذَابٗا شَدِيدًا أَوۡ لَأَاْذۡبَحَنَّهُۥٓ أَوۡ لَيَأۡتِيَنِّي بِسُلۡطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٖ ﴾ 
[النَّمل: 21]
﴿لأعذبنه عذابا شديدا أو لأذبحنه أو ليأتيني بسلطان مبين﴾ [النَّمل: 21]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al “I will certainly punish it with a severe penalty, or cause it to be absent permanently, unless it brings me a clear reason for its absence.” | 
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad I shall punish him, a severe punishment, or I shall slaughter him unless he brings me a clear reason | 
| Ali Quli Qarai ‘I will punish him with a severe punishment, or I will behead him, unless he brings me a credible excuse.’ | 
| Ali Unal I will certainly inflict a severe punishment on him or maybe even kill him unless he comes to me with a convincing reason (for his absence) |
