﴿يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ ﴾
[العَنكبُوت: 21]
﴿يعذب من يشاء ويرحم من يشاء وإليه تقلبون﴾ [العَنكبُوت: 21]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al “He punishes whom He pleases, and He grants mercy to whom He pleases, and toward Him are you turned |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad He punishes anyone He wants and has mercy on anyone He wants, and you are turned over to Him |
| Ali Quli Qarai He will punish whomever He wishes and have mercy on whomever He wishes, and to Him you will be returned |
| Ali Unal (He will bring forth the Hereafter, where) He punishes whom He wills and has mercy on whom He wills. To Him you are being returned |
| Hamid S Aziz He punishes whom He will, and bestows mercy on whom He will; and towards Him are you turned |
| John Medows Rodwell Whom He pleaseth will He chastise, and on whom He pleaseth will He have mercy, and to Him shall ye be taken back |
| Literal He tortures whom He wills/wants, and He has mercy (upon) whom He wills/wants, and to Him you are being turned/returned |
