Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Ahqaf ayat 27 - الأحقَاف - Page - Juz 26
﴿وَلَقَدۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مَا حَوۡلَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ وَصَرَّفۡنَا ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ ﴾
[الأحقَاف: 27]
﴿ولقد أهلكنا ما حولكم من القرى وصرفنا الآيات لعلهم يرجعون﴾ [الأحقَاف: 27]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al We caused populations all around you to perish, and We have shown the signs in various ways, that they may turn to Us |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And We have certainly destroyed the towns around you, and We explained the signs so that you may return |
| Ali Quli Qarai Certainly We have destroyed the towns that were around you, and We have variously paraphrased the signs so that they may come back |
| Ali Unal We have, assuredly, destroyed many townships that are around you, and (before that) We had set out the signs and Revelations in diverse ways, so that they might turn back (from their wrong ways) |
| Hamid S Aziz And certainly We destroyed the towns which are around you, and We repeat the revelations that they might turn (towards Allah) |
