Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Mujadilah ayat 5 - المُجَادلة - Page - Juz 28
﴿إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُحَآدُّونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ كُبِتُواْ كَمَا كُبِتَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ وَقَدۡ أَنزَلۡنَآ ءَايَٰتِۭ بَيِّنَٰتٖۚ وَلِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ عَذَابٞ مُّهِينٞ ﴾
[المُجَادلة: 5]
﴿إن الذين يحادون الله ورسوله كبتوا كما كبت الذين من قبلهم وقد﴾ [المُجَادلة: 5]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Those who resist God and His messenger will be humbled to dust, as were those before them, for We have already sent down clear signs, and the unbelievers will have a crushing penalty |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Indeed those who oppose God and His messenger are subdued as those before them were subdued. And We have sent down clear signs, and for the disbelievers is a humiliating punishment |
| Ali Quli Qarai Indeed those who oppose Allah and His Apostle will be subdued just as those who passed before them were subdued. We have certainly sent down manifest signs, and there is a humiliating punishment for the faithless |
| Ali Unal Those who oppose God and His Messenger (in the observance of God’s bounds) will certainly be abased (in the world) even as those (who did likewise) before them were abased. We have certainly sent down clear Revelations (to guide you to happiness in both worlds). And for the unbelievers there is a humiliating punishment |
| Hamid S Aziz Surely those who act in opposition to Allah and His Messenger shall be abased even as those before them were abased; and indeed We have revealed clear revelations, and the unbelievers shall have a shameful doom |
| John Medows Rodwell Truly they who oppose God and His Apostle shall be brought low, as those who were before them were brought low. And now have we sent down demonstrative signs: and, for the Infidels is a shameful chastisement |
| Literal That truly those who anger God and His messenger, they were humiliated/returned with rage as/like those from before them were humiliated/returned with rage, and We had descended signs/verses evidences, and to the disbelievers a humiliating/disgracing torture |
| Mir Anees Original Those who resist Allah and His messenger will certainly be disgraced as those before them were disgraced. And We indeed sent down clear signs, and there will be a disgraceful punishment for the infidels |
| Mir Aneesuddin Those who resist God and His messenger will certainly be disgraced as those before them were disgraced. And We indeed sent down clear signs, and there will be a disgraceful punishment for the disbelievers |
