Quran with English translation - Surah Al-An‘am ayat 36 - الأنعَام - Page - Juz 7
﴿۞ إِنَّمَا يَسۡتَجِيبُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡمَعُونَۘ وَٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ يَبۡعَثُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ثُمَّ إِلَيۡهِ يُرۡجَعُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 36]
﴿إنما يستجيب الذين يسمعون والموتى يبعثهم الله ثم إليه يرجعون﴾ [الأنعَام: 36]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Those who listen, surely will accept it, but the dead, God will raise them up, and then they will turn to Him |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Only those who listen will accept. And the dead, God raises them then they are returned to Him |
| Ali Quli Qarai Only those who listen will respond [to you]. As for the dead, Allah will resurrect them, then they will be brought back to Him |
| Ali Unal Only they who have the ability to hear can respond (to a call); as for the dead, God will raise them to life, and then to Him they will be returned |
| Hamid S Aziz Only those can accept who hear. As for the dead, Allah will raise them up, then unto Him shall they return |
| John Medows Rodwell To those only who shall lend an ear will He make answer: as for the dead, God will raise them up; then unto Him shall they return |
| Literal But those who hear/listen answer/reply, and the deads, God sends/resurrects/revives them, then to Him they return |
