Quran with English translation - Surah At-Taubah ayat 28 - التوبَة - Page - Juz 10
﴿يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡمُشۡرِكُونَ نَجَسٞ فَلَا يَقۡرَبُواْ ٱلۡمَسۡجِدَ ٱلۡحَرَامَ بَعۡدَ عَامِهِمۡ هَٰذَاۚ وَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ عَيۡلَةٗ فَسَوۡفَ يُغۡنِيكُمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦٓ إِن شَآءَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٞ ﴾
[التوبَة: 28]
﴿ياأيها الذين آمنوا إنما المشركون نجس فلا يقربوا المسجد الحرام بعد عامهم﴾ [التوبَة: 28]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al O you who believe, truly the pagans are corrupt, so do not let them, after this year of theirs, approach the Sacred Masjid. And if you fear poverty, soon God will enrich you, if He wills, out of His bounty, for God is All Knowing, All Wise |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad You who believe, indeed the polytheists are unclean, so they should not come near the Sacred Mosque after this year of theirs, and if you are afraid of poverty (because of this), then God will enrich you from His grace if He wants. God is knowledgeable and wise |
| Ali Quli Qarai O you who have faith! The polytheists are indeed unclean: so let them not approach the Holy Mosque after this year. Should you fear poverty, Allah will enrich you out of His grace, if He wishes. Indeed Allah is all-knowing, all-wise |
| Ali Unal O you who believe! Those who associate partners with God are (nothing) but impure. So, after the expiry of this year, let them not approach the Sacred Mosque. And should you fear poverty (because of the possible reduction in your income due to their not coming to Makkah in the season of the Hajj), God will enrich you out of His bounty if He so wills. Surely, God is All-Knowing, All-Wise |
| Hamid S Aziz O you who believe! It is only the idolaters who are unclean; they shall not then approach the Sacred Mosque after this year. But if you fear poverty (from the loss of trade with them) then (know that) Allah will enrich you from His grace if He will; veril |
| John Medows Rodwell O Believers! only they who join gods with God are unclean! Let them not, therefore, after this their year, come near the sacred Temple. And if ye fear want, God, if He please, will enrich you of His abundance: for God is Knowing, Wise |
| Literal You, you those who believed but/truly the sharers/takers of partners (with God are) impurity/contamination , so they do not approach/near the Mosque the Forbidden/Sacred after this their year, and if you feared need/necessity/poverty, so God will/shall enrich/suffice you from His grace/favour , if He willed/wanted, that God (is) knowledgeable, wise/judicious |
| Mir Anees Original O you who believe ! the polytheists are nothing but unclean, so they shall not come near the Sacred Mosque after this year of theirs, and if you fear poverty then Allah will enrich you out of His grace, if He wills, Allah is certainly Knowing, Wise |
