﴿فَلَمَّا عَتَوۡاْ عَن مَّا نُهُواْ عَنۡهُ قُلۡنَا لَهُمۡ كُونُواْ قِرَدَةً خَٰسِـِٔينَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 166]
﴿فلما عتوا عن ما نهوا عنه قلنا لهم كونوا قردة خاسئين﴾ [الأعرَاف: 166]
| Shabbir Ahmed As they persisted with their rebellious behavior, Our Law caused their disposition take a downward turn and they developed apish mentality. We told them, "Be the living symbols of humiliation |
