﴿أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ وَسَمۡعِهِمۡ وَأَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰفِلُونَ ﴾
[النَّحل: 108]
﴿أولئك الذين طبع الله على قلوبهم وسمعهم وأبصارهم وأولئك هم الغافلون﴾ [النَّحل: 108]
| Abdel Haleem These are people whose hearts, hearing, and sight have been closed off by God: they are heedless |
| Abdul Hye They are those whom Allah has set a seal upon their hearts, their hearings, and their eyes. They are those who are heedless |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Those are they whose hearts, ears, and eyes Allah has sealed up, and they take no heed |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi These are they upon whose hearts and hearing and sight Allah hath set a seal; and these! they are the negligent |
| Ahmed Ali They are the ones whose hearts and ears and eyes have been sealed by God; and these are the heedless |
