﴿أَوۡ تُسۡقِطَ ٱلسَّمَآءَ كَمَا زَعَمۡتَ عَلَيۡنَا كِسَفًا أَوۡ تَأۡتِيَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ قَبِيلًا ﴾
[الإسرَاء: 92]
﴿أو تسقط السماء كما زعمت علينا كسفا أو تأتي بالله والملائكة قبيلا﴾ [الإسرَاء: 92]
| Abdel Haleem or make the sky fall on us in pieces, as you claimed will happen; or bring God and the angels before us face to face |
| Abdul Hye or you cause to fall the heaven upon us in pieces as you have claimed, or you bring Allah and the angels (face to face) before us |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Or thou cause the sky to fall in pieces, as thou sayest (will happen), against us; or thou bring Allah and the angels before (us) face to face |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi Or thou causest the heaven to fall upon us, as thou assertest, in pieces, or thou bringest God and the angels face to face |
| Ahmed Ali Or, let chunks of sky fall over us, as you assert (you will); or, bring God and the angels as a surety |
| Aisha Bewley or make the sky, as you claim, fall down on us in lumps; or bring Allah and the angels here as a guarantee |
