﴿فِي بُيُوتٍ أَذِنَ ٱللَّهُ أَن تُرۡفَعَ وَيُذۡكَرَ فِيهَا ٱسۡمُهُۥ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ فِيهَا بِٱلۡغُدُوِّ وَٱلۡأٓصَالِ ﴾
[النور: 36]
﴿في بيوت أذن الله أن ترفع ويذكر فيها اسمه يسبح له فيها﴾ [النور: 36]
| Abdel Haleem shining out in houses of worship. God has ordained that they be raised high and that His name be remembered in them, with men in them celebrating His glory morning and evening |
| Abdul Hye (This light is found) in houses (Masjids) which Allah has permitted that they be built, and His Name is remembered in them; glorify Him in them in the mornings and in the evenings |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali (Lit is such a Light) in houses, which Allah hath permitted to be raised to honour; for the celebration, in them, of His name: In them is He glorified in the mornings and in the evenings, (again and again) |
