﴿فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ ﴾
[الشعراء: 158]
﴿فأخذهم العذاب إن في ذلك لآية وما كان أكثرهم مؤمنين﴾ [الشعراء: 158]
| Abdel Haleem the punishment fell upon them. There truly is a sign in this, though most of them will not believe |
| Abdul Hye so the punishment overtook them. Surely, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali But the Penalty seized them. Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe |
