﴿۞ وَمَن يُسۡلِمۡ وَجۡهَهُۥٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَهُوَ مُحۡسِنٞ فَقَدِ ٱسۡتَمۡسَكَ بِٱلۡعُرۡوَةِ ٱلۡوُثۡقَىٰۗ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡأُمُورِ ﴾
[لُقمَان: 22]
﴿ومن يسلم وجهه إلى الله وهو محسن فقد استمسك بالعروة الوثقى وإلى﴾ [لُقمَان: 22]
Abdel Haleem Whoever directs himself wholly to God and does good work has grasped the surest handhold, for the outcome of everything is with God |
Abdul Hye And those who submit their faces to Allah while they are righteous people, then indeed they have grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold. And to Allah all matters return |
Abdullah Yusuf Ali Whoever submits his whole self to Allah, and is a doer of good, has grasped indeed the most trustworthy hand-hold: and with Allah rests the End and Decision of (all) affairs |
Abdul Majid Daryabadi And whosoever submitteth his countenance unto Allah and he is a well doer, he hath of a surety lain hold of the firm cable. Unto Allah is the end of all affairs |
