﴿قَالَ أَنَا۠ خَيۡرٞ مِّنۡهُ خَلَقۡتَنِي مِن نَّارٖ وَخَلَقۡتَهُۥ مِن طِينٖ ﴾
[صٓ: 76]
﴿قال أنا خير منه خلقتني من نار وخلقته من طين﴾ [صٓ: 76]
| Abdel Haleem Iblis said, ‘I am better than him: You made me from fire, and him from clay.’ |
| Abdul Hye (Satan) said: “I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay.” |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi He said: I am better than he: me Thou hast created of fire, and him Thou hast created of clay |
