﴿قُلۡ أَغَيۡرَ ٱللَّهِ أَتَّخِذُ وَلِيّٗا فَاطِرِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَهُوَ يُطۡعِمُ وَلَا يُطۡعَمُۗ قُلۡ إِنِّيٓ أُمِرۡتُ أَنۡ أَكُونَ أَوَّلَ مَنۡ أَسۡلَمَۖ وَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 14]
﴿قل أغير الله أتخذ وليا فاطر السموات والأرض وهو يطعم ولا يطعم﴾ [الأنعَام: 14]
| Abdel Haleem Say, ‘Shall I take for myself a protector other than God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, who feeds but is not fed?’ Say, ‘I am commanded to be the first [of you] to devote myself [to Him].’ Do not be one of the idolaters |
| Abdul Hye Say (O Muhammad): “Shall I take a guardian other than Allah, the Creator of the heavens and the earth? It is He who feeds and He is not fed.” Say: “Surely, I am commanded that I should be first who submit to Allah and should not be among the polytheists.” |
