﴿قَالَا رَبَّنَا ظَلَمۡنَآ أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمۡ تَغۡفِرۡ لَنَا وَتَرۡحَمۡنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡخَٰسِرِينَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 23]
﴿قالا ربنا ظلمنا أنفسنا وإن لم تغفر لنا وترحمنا لنكونن من الخاسرين﴾ [الأعرَاف: 23]
| Abdel Haleem They replied, ‘Our Lord, we have wronged our souls: if You do not forgive us and have mercy, we shall be lost.’ |
| Abdul Hye They said: “Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You don’t forgive us, and have Mercy on us, we shall certainly be of the losers.” |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali They said: "Our Lord! We have wronged our own souls: If thou forgive us not and bestow not upon us Thy Mercy, we shall certainly be lost |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi The twain said. our Lord! we have wronged our souls, and if Thou forgivest us not and hath not mercy on us, we shall of a surety be of the losers |
