﴿قُلۡ كُلّٞ يَعۡمَلُ عَلَىٰ شَاكِلَتِهِۦ فَرَبُّكُمۡ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَنۡ هُوَ أَهۡدَىٰ سَبِيلٗا ﴾
[الإسرَاء: 84]
﴿قل كل يعمل على شاكلته فربكم أعلم بمن هو أهدى سبيلا﴾ [الإسرَاء: 84]
| Dr Kamal Omar Say: “Each (human) acts according to his leanings. So your Nourisher-Sustainer knows better that one — he (who) is more guided to the Path.” |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Say: Each does according to his same manner. And thy Lord is greater in knowledge of him who is better guided on the way |
| Dr Munir Munshey Each one acts according to his own way. Your Lord knows better those, who are well guided and on the (straight) path |
| Edward Henry Palmer Say, 'Every one acts after his own manner, but your Lord knows, best who is most guided in the way |
| Farook Malik O Prophet say to them: "Everyone acts according to his own disposition; but only your Lord knows best who is on the Right Way |
| George Sale Say, every one acteth after his own manner: But your Lord best knoweth who is most truly directed in his way |
| Maududi Say, (O Prophet): "Each one acts according to his own manner. Your Lord knows well who is best-guided to the Right Path |
