﴿وَٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبۡ لَنَا مِنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعۡيُنٖ وَٱجۡعَلۡنَا لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا ﴾
[الفُرقَان: 74]
﴿والذين يقولون ربنا هب لنا من أزواجنا وذرياتنا قرة أعين واجعلنا للمتقين﴾ [الفُرقَان: 74]
| Dr Kamal Omar and those who say: “Our Nourisher-Sustainer! Grant us of our consorts and our children the delight of (our) eyes and make us Imam (model, leader or guide) for the righteous |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar and those who say: Our Lord! Bestow on us from our spouses and our offspring the comfort of our eyes and make us leaders of the ones who are Godfearing |
