﴿وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ لَمۡ يَخِرُّواْ عَلَيۡهَا صُمّٗا وَعُمۡيَانٗا ﴾
[الفُرقَان: 73]

The worshippers who have hearts and minds submissive to Allah. When they are reminded of Allah`s revelations, marvels and authoritative signs they do not fall upon them with closed ears and eyes but they open their hearts` ears and their minds` eyes
