﴿وَلَوۡ نَزَّلۡنَٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضِ ٱلۡأَعۡجَمِينَ ﴾
[الشعراء: 198]
﴿ولو نـزلناه على بعض الأعجمين﴾ [الشعراء: 198]
| Dr Kamal Omar And if We had made it to descend unto some of those whose mother tongue is not Arabic |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And if We sent it down to some of the non-Arabs |
| Dr Munir Munshey Even if We had revealed this (Arabic Qur´an) upon a non-Arab |
| Edward Henry Palmer Had we sent it down to any barbarian |
| Farook Malik Even so that if We had revealed it to a non-Arab |
| George Sale Had We revealed it unto any of the foreigners |
| Maududi (But such is their adamance) that had We revealed it to one of the non-Arabs and even if he had recited (this clear Arabic discourse) to them |
