﴿قَالَ ءَامَنتُمۡ لَهُۥ قَبۡلَ أَنۡ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمۡۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ ٱلَّذِي عَلَّمَكُمُ ٱلسِّحۡرَ فَلَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَۚ لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيۡدِيَكُمۡ وَأَرۡجُلَكُم مِّنۡ خِلَٰفٖ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ ﴾
[الشعراء: 49]
﴿قال آمنتم له قبل أن آذن لكم إنه لكبيركم الذي علمكم السحر﴾ [الشعراء: 49]
| Dr Kamal Omar (Firaun) said: “You have Believed for his sake prior to that I give you permission. Surely, he indeed is your senior-most who has taught you magic. So surely, soon you will come to know. Without doubt, I will chop off your hands and your legs on opposite sides, and surely I will crucify you all.” |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Pharaoh said: You believed in him before I give permission to you? He is, truly, your foremost master who taught you sorcery. Then, you will know. I will, certainly, cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will cause you to be crucified one and all |
| Dr Munir Munshey The pharaoh said, "You dare to believe him before I could give you my consent. He must be your chief who has taught you the art of magic. You will soon come to know. Be sure, I will lop off your hand from one side and the leg from the other. After that, I will definitely crucify you (all) |
