﴿يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ ﴾
[العَنكبُوت: 21]
﴿يعذب من يشاء ويرحم من يشاء وإليه تقلبون﴾ [العَنكبُوت: 21]
| Dr Kamal Omar He punishes whom He thinks proper and brings mercy unto whom He thinks proper, and to Him you will be made to return |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar He punishes whom He wills and has mercy on whom He wills. And to Him you will come back |
| Dr Munir Munshey He punishes whom He wants, and He spares whom He wants. Towards Him, you all shall be turned around |
| Edward Henry Palmer He torments whom He will, and has mercy on whom He will; and unto Him shall ye be returned |
| Farook Malik He punishes whom He wills and shows mercy to whom He pleases, and to Him you shall be turned back |
