﴿وَقَالُواْ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَذۡهَبَ عَنَّا ٱلۡحَزَنَۖ إِنَّ رَبَّنَا لَغَفُورٞ شَكُورٌ ﴾
[فَاطِر: 34]
﴿وقالوا الحمد لله الذي أذهب عنا الحزن إن ربنا لغفور شكور﴾ [فَاطِر: 34]
| Dr Kamal Omar And they said: “Selective Praise suits Allah, Who has removed from us (all) grief. Verily, our Nourisher-Sustainer is indeed Oft-Forgiving, Most Ready to appreciate |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And they would say: The Praise belongs to God Who caused grief to be put away from us. Truly, our Lord is Forgiving, Ready to Appreciate |
| Dr Munir Munshey And they will say, "All praise is for Allah Who cleared away all our afflictions (and shortcomings). Our Lord is certainly the most Forgiving. He is ready to appreciate and reward gratitude (profusely) |
