﴿إِلَّا ٱلۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنِ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةٗ وَلَا يَهۡتَدُونَ سَبِيلٗا ﴾
[النِّسَاء: 98]
﴿إلا المستضعفين من الرجال والنساء والولدان لا يستطيعون حيلة ولا يهتدون سبيلا﴾ [النِّسَاء: 98]
| Dr Kamal Omar except those kept weak and oppressed ones amongst men, women and children — who have no capacity (for arranging) a way out, nor they find direction for the way |
