﴿وَكَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَنَّهُمۡ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ ﴾
[غَافِر: 6]
﴿وكذلك حقت كلمة ربك على الذين كفروا أنهم أصحاب النار﴾ [غَافِر: 6]
| Dr Kamal Omar And thus came to be true the statement of your Rabb against those who disbelieved — that they (will be the) dwellers of the Fire |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And, thus, was the Word of thy Lord realized against those who were ungrateful that they will be the Companions of the Fire |
| Dr Munir Munshey Thus, concerning the unbelievers, the words of your Lord prevailed and came to pass. They are the companions of hellfire |
| Edward Henry Palmer Thus was the sentence of thy Lord due against those who misbelieved, that they are the fellows of the Fire |
| Farook Malik Thus shall the Word of your Lord be proved true against the disbelievers; they are the inmates of hellfire |
| George Sale Thus hath the sentence of thy Lord justly passed on the unbelievers; that they shall be the inhabitants of hell fire |
| Maududi Thus has the decree of your Lord become due against the unbelievers. They are destined for the Fire |
