﴿يَهۡدِي بِهِ ٱللَّهُ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ رِضۡوَٰنَهُۥ سُبُلَ ٱلسَّلَٰمِ وَيُخۡرِجُهُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ بِإِذۡنِهِۦ وَيَهۡدِيهِمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ ﴾
[المَائدة: 16]
﴿يهدي به الله من اتبع رضوانه سبل السلام ويخرجهم من الظلمات إلى﴾ [المَائدة: 16]
| Dr Kamal Omar Thereby Allah will guide who followed and desired His agreements to the ways of peace and it takes them out of the darknesses unto Light through His permission and it (i.e., Al-Kitab) guides them to Siratin Mustaqeem (permanent and eternal Path) |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar God guides with it whoever followed His contentment to ways of peace and He brings them out from the shadows into the light with His permission and He guides them to a straight path |
| Dr Munir Munshey With it, Allah leads anyone who seeks His pleasure, to the path of peace and serenity. By His grace, He brings them out of the depth of darkness into light, and guides them on to the straight path |

| Maududi through which Allah shows to all who seek to please Him the paths leading to safety. He brings them out, by His leave, from darkness to light and directs them on to the straight way |
