﴿لَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا رُسُلَنَا بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ وَأَنزَلۡنَا مَعَهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَٱلۡمِيزَانَ لِيَقُومَ ٱلنَّاسُ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِۖ وَأَنزَلۡنَا ٱلۡحَدِيدَ فِيهِ بَأۡسٞ شَدِيدٞ وَمَنَٰفِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعۡلَمَ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُۥ وَرُسُلَهُۥ بِٱلۡغَيۡبِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٞ ﴾
[الحدِيد: 25]
﴿لقد أرسلنا رسلنا بالبينات وأنـزلنا معهم الكتاب والميزان ليقوم الناس بالقسط وأنـزلنا﴾ [الحدِيد: 25]
| Dr Kamal Omar Surely, indeed We sent Our Messengers with Al-Bayyinat [‘The Manifestly Clear Items’. (See Verses 43/63, 61/6)]; and sent down alongwith them Al-Kitab and Al-Mizan (‘The Balance’) so that humans may establish (themselves) with justice. And We sent down iron; therein (is material for) violent warfare and benefits for mankind, and so that Allah may distinguish and comes to know who helps Him and His Messengers unseen. Verily, Allah is All-Mighty, All-Powerful |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Certainly, We sent Our Messengers with the clear portents and We caused the Book to descend with them and the Balance so that humanity may uphold equity. And We caused iron to descend in which is vigorous might and profits for humanity that perhaps God would know whoever helps Him and His Messengers in the unseen. Truly, God is Strong, Almighty |
| Dr Munir Munshey We have certainly sent Our messengers with clear proofs. We revealed to them the scriptures and the criteria (to distinguish the right from wrong), so that you may establish justice. We revealed iron (to mankind). It has considerable might and many uses for mankind. (So that) Allah may know who helps Him and His messengers without having seen (Him). Indeed, Allah is (very) Strong and Powerful |

We also sent down Iron, with its mighty strength and diverse uses for mankind, so that Allah may know those who will help Him, though unseen, and help His Messengers. And We sent down iron, wherein there is awesome power and many benefits for people, so that Allah may know who, without even having seen Him, helps Him and His Messengers.
