﴿قَالَ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِنِّي ٱصۡطَفَيۡتُكَ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ بِرِسَٰلَٰتِي وَبِكَلَٰمِي فَخُذۡ مَآ ءَاتَيۡتُكَ وَكُن مِّنَ ٱلشَّٰكِرِينَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 144]
﴿قال ياموسى إني اصطفيتك على الناس برسالاتي وبكلامي فخذ ما آتيتك وكن﴾ [الأعرَاف: 144]
| Dr Kamal Omar He said: “O Musa! I have chosen you over mankind through My Messages and through My Statement. So pick-up what I have given you and be among the grateful.” |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar He said: O Moses! Truly, I favored thee above humanity by My messages and by My assertion. So take what I gave thee and be among the ones who are thankful |
| Dr Munir Munshey (Allah) said, "I have selected you over all other people to grant you My message and an audience with Me. So accept what I have granted you, and be grateful |
| Edward Henry Palmer He said, 'O Moses! verily, I have chosen thee over the people with my messages and my words, take then what I have brought thee, and be of those who thank |
| Farook Malik Allah said: "O Moses! I have chosen you from among mankind to deliver My message and to have conversation with Me: so take what I give you and be thankful |
| George Sale God said, 'O Moses, I have chosen thee above the people of thy time by My Messages and by My Word. So take firm hold of that which I have given thee and be of the grateful |
| Maududi He said: ´O Moses! I have indeed preferred you to all others by virtue of the Message I have entrusted to you and by virtue of My speaking to you. Hold fast therefore, to whatever I have granted you, and give thanks.´ |
